Masson's Caruncularia
Old name described by Sweet for a stapeliad from South Africa, now reclassified under Orbea or Stapelia. Named in honour of Francis Masson (1741-1805), Scottish botanist at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, and first official collector at the Cape of Good Hope.
