Stalagmite Caralluma
Succulent native to southern India (especially Tamil Nadu) and Sri Lanka. Its name alludes to the erect, cylindrical stems reminiscent of cave stalagmites. Varieties intermedia and longipetala are known, differing in flower morphology.
