Dalziel's Caralluma
A succulent from the Sahelo-Sudanian belt of West Africa, described by N.E. Brown in honour of botanist J.M. Dalziel. Inhabits rocky arid and semi-arid soils of Nigeria and Senegal. Its quadrangular toothed stems and fetid flowers are characteristic of the genus. It is one of the few Caralluma present in West Africa west of Ethiopia.
