Aloe obscura is a sprawling to decumbent species endemic to the Eastern Cape of South Africa. It is often used as a synonym within the Aloe maculata complex. It forms compact rosettes and spreads laterally, being valued for its prolific flowering of red flowers.

Propagation Strategy
- 1 Separate lateral rosettes with roots using a disinfected knife.
